Mitie is seeking a part-time Cleaner at HMRC, Green Lane, Durham, to deliver high service standards and meet SLA schedules. The role runs 6:30AM–10:30AM, 20 hours weekly, with an emphasis on safe, well-maintained equipment and compliance with health and safety policies.

You will work both in a team and independently, supporting customers and contributing to a positive, clean environment for staff and visitors.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order
• Meet all agreed SLAs and follow cleaning schedules
• Build knowledge of the designated cleaning area and understand cleaning equipment and chemicals used
• Follow Health and Safety requirements and complete all required training
• Work effectively within a team and independently, delivering excellent customer service
