Job summary

Mitie Group plc. is seeking a part-time Cleaner to join the team at HMRC, Green Lane, Durham.

The role offers 20 hours per week with an hourly pay rate of £12.71, and requires commitment to meeting SLA agreements and following established cleaning schedules. You will be responsible for keeping equipment clean and safe, following safety training, and delivering high-quality service both within a team and independently.

• Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order
• Meet all agreed SLAs and follow cleaning schedules
• Build knowledge of the designated cleaning area and understand cleaning equipment and chemicals used
• Follow Health and Safety requirements and complete all required training
• Work effectively within a team and independently, delivering excellent customer service
