• Experience in school administration and handling front-desk tasks.
• Proficient with school management systems (SIMS) and Class Charts.
• Capable of working independently and handling calls, emails, and parent inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Support the school office in mornings (8am–12pm) on a daily basis.
• Answer calls, respond to emails, and assist parents with routine enquiries.
• Assist with administrative tasks to ensure smooth school operations.
