Qualifications

• Practical maintenance or handyperson experience.
• Confident performing minor repairs and DIY tasks.
• Maintains high standards of presentation.
• Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable working at heights (training provided).
• Good communication with clients and contractors.
• Proactive, can-do attitude with varied workload.

Responsibilities

• Open and prepare the building each morning.
• Conduct daily building inspections and complete check sheets.
• Identify and report issues requiring attention.
• Turn on reception area televisions and prepare common areas.
• Carry out general handyperson and maintenance tasks.
• Undertake minor repairs including door hinges and fittings.
• Hang pictures, mirrors, shelving and fixtures.
• Ensure communal spaces are maintained to a professional standard.
• Report health and safety concerns.
• Build relationships with clients and visitors.
• Liaise with contractors attending site.
• Support management to ensure efficient operation of the building.
