Pertemps North West and North Wales is seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager in St Helens. This permanent role involves overseeing projects and coordinating both on-site permanent and temporary contractors.

The ideal candidate will have strong electrical experience and communication skills, working in a globally recognized glass manufacturing company. You will manage maintenance routines and ensure compliance with all legislative requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience of electrical wiring installations including single and three-phase supply distribution.
• Must be computer literate with all Microsoft applications.
• Have AutoCAD experience.
• Confident communicator able to communicate professionally with varied personnel.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement routine maintenance.
• Coordinate with internal colleagues and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with legislative requirements.
• Update site drawings as required.
• Supervise electrical inspections and maintain records.
• Prioritize workloads.
