Job summary

Sainsbury's Limited in West Belfast is seeking a Customer Assistant to deliver friendly, customer‑focused service in a fast‑paced retail environment. You’ll help across shelving, picking orders, and serving customers, using digital tools to enhance the experience.

The role is part-time (12 hours/week) in a permanent contract, with a weekend‑heavy schedule and flexibility to cover shifts across the store. Right to Work in the UK is required.

Responsibilities

• Putting customers first and making them feel valued through thoughtful, friendly and helpful service.
• Ready to help wherever our customers need you most, whether that’s filling shelves, picking orders, serving customers or selling our products.
• Using and embracing digital tools to do your job well and enhance customer experience.
• Helping organise and move stock, including keeping shelves tidy, clean and well-presented, and manoeuvring often heavy loads to the correct store location.
