- Carry out cleaning tasks as required by the contract specification and Supervisor within agreed timescales.

Knowledge and Experience:
Vocational and Technical Skills: Awareness of Health & Safety issues.
Experience: Relevant experience in cleaning or similar roles.
Interpersonal Skills: Use tact and diplomacy when dealing with client personnel at all levels and visitors.
Responsibility:
- Human Resource Management: Responsible for checking work quality and supervising less experienced staff when required.
- Physical Resource Management: Responsible for the care of tools and materials, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring quality standards, especially in animal care environments.
Communication: Oral and written communication mainly with site management, client staff, contractors, visitors, inspectors, and governing bodies.

- Judgment and Decision Making: Decide how to approach tasks, sometimes changing priorities, based on experience or specifications.
