Job summary

Euro Car Parts Limited in the United Kingdom seeks a qualified or part-qualified Financial Reporting Accountant to join our finance team. You will own month-end reporting, balance sheet integrity, revenue accounting, and financial compliance, collaborating with senior finance stakeholders to drive accuracy and improvements.

This role offers exposure to diverse reporting and controls in a fast-paced commercial environment.

Qualifications

Qualified or part-qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent (IFRS/UK GAAP knowledge).
Experience of month-end close and financial reporting.
Strong understanding of balance sheet reconciliations and journal preparation.
Knowledge of accruals, provisions, and revenue accounting.
Experience with ERP systems and inventory accounting.

Responsibilities

Month-end reporting: Deliver assigned month-end activities within deadlines.
Revenue and rebate accounting: Maintain customer rebates, accruals, and revenue entries.
Balance sheet controls: Monthly reconciliations and supporting schedules.
Financial analysis and reporting: Analyze data and prepare schedules and documentation.
