The nursery is committed to providing an enriching Montessori environment where children thrive and develop their full potential.

About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Montessori Teacher to join a supportive and passionate team. Whether you are seeking full-time or part-time hours, this role offers flexibility and the chance to work in a nurturing environment that values continuous professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the team to ensure the smooth operation of the nursery.

Prepare and maintain a well-organised, engaging Montessori learning environment.

Observe, assess, and plan for each childs individual needs to support their growth and development.

Foster strong, trusting relationships with children and colleagues.

Ensure compliance with Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) standards and other relevant regulations.

Maintain a safe, supportive, and fun learning environment for all children.

A Montessori Diploma (essential) and experience working in a Montessori setting.

A commitment to safeguarding with an up-to-date DBS check.
