Job summary

Cherubs Nurseries is seeking a Qualified Early Years Educator for a maternity cover role. The successful candidate will bring energy, creativity, and care to every day in a Cherubs Kimberley setting. Hours are 30-40 per week, with opportunities to contribute to our community-focused approach.

You will work as part of a loving, long-standing team across Cherubs Nurseries, supporting children’s development within the EYFS framework and engaging with families to provide outstanding care.

Qualifications

• Qualified Early Years Educator with EYFS knowledge.
• Energetic and creative approach to childcare.
• Ability to work as part of a team and nurture young children.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of the childcare team to provide excellent service for children and families.
• Ensure the environment is safe, clean and compliant with safeguarding policies.
• Be a role model for children and demonstrate best practice to colleagues.
• Welcome and hand over to parents and carers at the end of the day.
• Plan and deliver a range of indoor and outdoor activities aligned with children's needs.
