Job summary

Cherubs Nurseries is seeking a Qualified Early Years Educator to join our team. You’ll bring energy, creativity, and care to daily learning experiences for young children in a Montessori-inspired setting.

We value ongoing training and development within a supportive, family-run group. You must have the right to work in the United Kingdom, a DBS check, and provide two references. Join us to help children grow with confidence and joy.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United Kingdom.
• DBS check completed and two satisfactory employment references required.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of the child care team to provide an amazing service for children and families.
• Ensure the environment and nursery are safe, secure and clean, adhering to safeguarding policies.
• Be a role model for children and demonstrate best practice to colleagues.
• Greet parents and carers warmly and provide a concise handover at the end of the day.
• Complete Nursery In A Box for key children, meeting targets with detailed records.
• Maintain an orderly, inviting room with engaging displays and resources.
• Attend in-house and external training, including some weekend sessions.
• Plan and deliver a variety of indoor/outdoor activities to support development.
