Salary: £49,465 - £51,000 per annum

Flexibility to work from a variety of places including our office at Gadbrook Park, Northwich and home (dependent on the job role and the needs of our customer, our organisation and our teams)

We are looking for a proactive, value focused finance professional to join its Finance team in a permanent role. Based at Gadbrook Point in Northwich, this 37-hour-per-week opportunity offers the chance to play a visible and influential role in supporting key departments, helping colleagues make confident decisions, manage budgets effectively and deliver meaningful organisational outcomes.
The role will work closely with the Development team at an exciting time for the Trust, as we continue to grow our development programme and deliver more homes for the local area.
The successful candidate will act as a trusted link between Finance and the Development team, leading on budgets, forecasts and management accounts while providing clear insight to support strong financial planning and performance.
This is a varied role with real scope to add value, including involvement in month‑end and year‑end processes, performance monitoring, forecasting and the development of financial models.
Alongside business partnering, the role will be a key part of the Treasury team, leading on covenant monitoring and regulatory returns, as well as supporting financial statements, audit processes, finance systems development and wider improvement projects.
The post holder will provide advice, constructive challenge and insight to help ensure resources are used effectively, financial governance remains strong and services continue to improve.
We are looking for a qualified or part-qualified accountant with relevant finance experience, strong analytical skills and the confidence to build effective relationships across the organisation.
