The Programme

As part of our dynamic Audit or Accounts teams, you'll embark on an exciting and structured training programme where we'll fully fund your AAT qualification. You'll gain real-world experience working with a diverse range of clients, helping you build practical skills and a deep understanding of how businesses truly operate. Believe it or not, this is all we need from you -

• A Levels or equivalent grades C and above (or equivalent)
• A natural curiosity and desire to learn.
• The drive to succeed, working as part of a team.
• An interest in working with numbers and data.
• Strong verbal and numerical reasoning ability.
• The ability to travel to clients.

We have roles in our Swindon, Bath and Trowbridge offices, starting in the summer of 2025. Our Assessment Centres will be held in January.
