Job summary

PRS Recruitment Services is seeking a temporary Catering Assistant in Gorton, Manchester (M18). The role runs for four weeks, Monday to Friday, 10.30am–2.45pm, with an hourly rate of £12.71 plus holiday pay. Immediate start is required to support the client in the Gorton area.

Responsibilities include food preparation, serving meals, cleaning kitchen and dining areas, washing up, and delivering friendly customer service while adhering to food hygiene and health and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Hold a current DBS certificate.
• Have previous catering or kitchen experience.
• Be available to start immediately.
• Be reliable and able to commit to the full four-week assignment.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with food preparation.
• Serving meals and refreshments.
• Keeping the kitchen and dining areas clean and tidy.
• Washing up and general kitchen duties.
• Providing friendly and helpful customer service.
