Job summary

Dover Fueling Solutions in Skipton is seeking a Molder II to join our on-site manufacturing team. The role involves applying materials by hand or machine to produce quality components and preparing molds with release agents.

Qualified candidates will have Laminator or Molder experience, with knowledge of fiberglass resins and good attention to detail. The position requires teamwork, problem-solving, and the ability to work in a manufacturing setting with PPE requirements.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Laminator or Molder.
• Experience with materials and resins used in fiberglass reinforced plastics is preferred.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Following established procedures to apply material by hand and/or machine to produce standard and nonstandard components and products of quality.
• Preparing mold or tool surface properly with release film, wax and other part release products.
• Utilizing resins, glass, catalyst, and mold releases and adjusting for climatic conditions.
• Trimming parts to dimensions based on process sheets, standards, drawings and verbal instructions.
• Inspecting laminate surfaces for defects and correcting as necessary.
