Job summary

Prestige Recruitment Specialists are hiring experienced Joiners for a leading modular construction business based in Hull. You will carry out first and second fix joinery on modular buildings, using hand and power tools to exacting standards.

This full-time role offers a consistent schedule, 40-hour weeks (Mon-Thu with Fri finish), and potential permanent placement in a growing team. Opportunities to enhance skills in modular projects available.

Qualifications

• Practical joinery experience is essential.
• Experience in first and second fix joinery preferred.
• Confidence with hand tools, power tools and measuring equipment.

£17.12 per hour | Monday-Friday | Early finish every Friday

Prestige Recruitment Specialists are recruiting experienced Joiners for our client, a leading modular construction business based in Hull.

This is an excellent opportunity for skilled joiners looking for consistent, full-time work, competitive pay and the potential to secure a permanent position.

You’ll be working on modular buildings, carrying out a variety of first and second-fix joinery tasks as part of an established production team.

What you’ll be doing

• Carrying out first and second-fix joinery on modular buildings.
• Using hand tools, power tools and workshop equipment safely.
• Measuring, cutting, fitting and finishing materials to a high standard.
• Working from plans and specifications to complete fit-outs and refurbishments.
• Checking the quality of your work before products are dispatched.
• Working efficiently as part of a team to meet production deadlines.

What we’re looking for

Relevant qualifications are welcome but practical joinery experience is what matters most.

• Previous experience in joinery, ideally first and second fix.
• Confidence using hand tools, power tools and measuring equipment.
• Good attention to detail and pride in the quality of your work.
• A reliable approach to attendance, timekeeping and Health & Safety.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
