Job summary

JR United Kingdom is urgently seeking 5 experienced Modular Joiners for a large contract in York. The role involves refurbishing modular units and includes various joinery duties. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in first and second fix joinery and ideally hold an NVQ qualification. Own tools and PPE are essential.

The Opportunity

We require 5 experienced Modular Joiners to join our client on a large contract, refubishing 5 bay Modular Units.

About the role

5 Multi Skilled Modular Joiners URGENTLY required to join a forward thinking Modular/Offsite business based in the York area.

The main duties will be:

• Using various joinery tools
• Reading joinery construction drawings
• Erecting stud timber walls
• Marking up timber walls
• Stripping and replacing floors
• 1st and 2nd Fix joinery duties
• Plaster Boarding
• Window and Door fitting

Qualifications/and or Experience

• Minimum 2 years 1st and 2nd fix joinery experience
• Ideally NVQ level 2 or 3 in Joinery and Carpentry
• Strong Attention to Detail
• The ability to work under pressure
• Can work as part of a team.
• Can work if needed alone and unsupervised
• Ideally Modular Construction Experience
• Punctual, Reliable and a Hard Worker
