Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in IT Support, Modern Workplace, EUC or Infrastructure Support roles.
• Strong Microsoft 365 and Azure knowledge.
• Hands-on Intune and device management experience.
• Good knowledge of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS and HTTP/S.
• Experience supporting cloud-based environments and end-user computing technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to document technical solutions and processes clearly.
• Certifications such as Microsoft 365/Azure Fundamentals and ITIL are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical escalation support for Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune and end-user computing technologies.
• Assist IT projects including cloud migrations, workplace enhancements and technology rollouts.
• Monitor device compliance and ensuring the ongoing performance and stability of end-user systems.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, diagrams and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with wider technology teams to troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, cloud and workplace support issues.

THE MODERN IT SUPPORT ENGINEER OPPORTUNITY

As a Modern IT Support Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting and enhancing the organisation's modern workplace environment while acting as an escalation point for complex technical issues.
