We have an exciting opportunity for Sonographers to join our friendly and dedicated multidisciplinary team at UHBW. Our departments handle a wide case mix, including Obstetric, General Abdominal, Gynaecology, Small Parts, and Musculoskeletal examinations. Applications from sonographers with skills in any of these areas are welcome.
We invite both newly qualified and experienced Sonographers looking to develop their skills further to apply.
Candidates must hold a CASE accredited PgCert / Dip / MSc or DMU qualification in Medical Ultrasound or equivalent.
Full-time and part-time positions are available, with flexible working arrangements open for discussion.
The post involves working across UHBW sites, delivering ultrasound services in various specialties to support patients in obstetric care, emergency/acute care, and secondary care referrals.
The hospital sites include St Michaels' Hospital (obstetric care and fetal/maternal medicine referral unit), Bristol Royal Infirmary (acute/emergency services, upper GI cancer, complex liver disease), and Weston General Hospital (broad ultrasound services).
