A leading health and social care organization in the UK is seeking a Modern Matron to lead acute adult mental health services. The role involves overseeing safe and high-quality care and improving service user experience in inpatient wards. Strong leadership and team management experience is required. This position does not offer sponsorship.
We are seeking an experienced leader with a background in managing diverse teams at a senior level to join our leadership group. The Modern Matron position is available to support Oak 1 and Oak 3 Adult Inpatient Wards based at the Cavell Centre in Care Group 2.
The post holder will work to establish effective multi‑disciplinary working within and across the wider acute services.
