Are you a passionate and skilled MFL teacher ready to inspire the next generation of linguists? Protocol Education is proud to be partnering with a vibrant and ambitious secondary school in Leeds. As the school continues to grow and innovate, they are seeking a talented Teacher of Modern Foreign Languages (French and/or Spanish) to join their dedicated Languages department.
This exciting opportunity is open to both full-time and part-time applicants, and the school welcomes ECTs and experienced teachers alike.
Deliver dynamic and engaging MFL lessons (French and/or Spanish) across Key Stages 3–5
Work within a supportive and creative department of experienced language teachers
Encourage a love for languages through curriculum teaching and extracurricular activities
Occasionally support language-based cross-curricular projects
Unqualified teachers are also welcome to apply – planning is not required for unqualified staff
Be a qualified teacher of French and/or Spanish (or an experienced subject specialist)
Be committed to inspiring pupils through high-quality language teaching
Demonstrate strong classroom management and communication skills
Bring creativity, cultural awareness, and enthusiasm to the role
Benefit from a robust ECT induction and mentoring programme, if applicable
A school with a strong commitment to languages and cultural enrichment
Excellent uptake of MFL at KS4 and growing interest at KS5

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
