We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Teacher to join a well-regarded secondary school in the B31 area of Birmingham. This is a full-time, long-term position, ideal for a passionate teacher who can inspire students and deliver high-quality language lessons.

  • Spanish, German, or French (any one language considered)

  • Deliver engaging and effective MFL lessons to KS3 and KS4 students

  • Plan, prepare, and mark work in accordance with the school's curriculum

  • Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback

  • Contribute to departmental planning and development

  • Maintain high standards of classroom behaviour and learning outcomes

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification

  • Experience teaching MFL at secondary school level in the UK

  • Strong subject knowledge in at least one of Spanish, German, or French

  • A commitment to planning, marking, and contributing to the wider school community

  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills

  • Full-time availability, Monday to Friday

  • Long-term role in a supportive and welcoming school
