Job summary

Hockerill Anglo-European College is seeking a passionate Modern Foreign Languages Assistant to join our ambitious Languages team. This role focuses on developing students' speaking, listening, reading and writing in Spanish and supporting high-quality language learning across the department.

You will work with individuals, small groups and classes, helping students gain confidence and fluency while contributing to a collaborative and forward-thinking educational environment. DBS is required.

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Modern Foreign Languages Assistant to join our ambitious and supportive Languages team. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with strong Spanish language skills and a passion for education to make a meaningful contribution to students’ language development.

The successful candidate will support classroom teachers in developing students’ speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills through planned activities and targeted intervention. They will work with individual students, small groups, and whole classes to improve students’ confidence and fluency in spoken Spanish, supporting high-quality teaching and learning across the department.
