An 'Outstanding' and supportive Secondary School in the Borough of Greenwich are on the hunt for an MFL TEACHER / ECT for a September 2025 start. This is a full time and permanent post.

The current MFL Head of Department has helped the MFL Department grow from strength to strength. They've now got a perfect mix of young, experienced and Teach First Teachers. This is alongside multiple MFL graduate Teaching Assistants who help raise attainment across KS3, 4 & 5.

This Secondary School has produced some incredible Progress 8 results across KS3, 4 & 5 and have created a fun and creative learning environment for students.

Experienced MFL Teachers can take on a TLR such as KS3 & KS4 Coordinator, Pastoral Responsibility and more.

Newly Qualified MFL Teachers (ECT) will be enrolled onto the school's very own bespoke ECT induction, as well as work alongside a range of young & experienced MFL Teachers.

PERSON SPECIFICATION - Modern Foreign Languages Teacher + TLR

• Must have UK QTS or be in the process of gaining
• Strong academics across the board - Degree, A Levels and GCSEs
• Must be meeting the 8 Teaching Standards to a 'Good or Outstanding' level
• You must be able to work as part of a large team of MFL Teachers
• Must be willing to listen to feedback
