GSL Education are currently seeking a dedicated and engaging Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Teacher to join a vibrant school in Sheffield (S3) starting in September 2025. This is an excellent opportunity for a language enthusiast who thrives on helping students explore new cultures and develop valuable language skills.

Responsibilities as an MFL Teacher:

• Plan and deliver high-quality French and/or Spanish lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
• Create an inclusive and interactive classroom environment that supports speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
• Encourage cultural awareness and global perspectives through engaging activities and discussions.
• Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback.
• Collaborate with colleagues to promote language learning across the curriculum.

Requirements for MFL Teacher:

• UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is mandatory.
• Previous experience teaching Modern Foreign Languages in a school setting is desirable.
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for language education.
• Effective classroom management and communication skills.
• Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
• An up-to-date CV covering the last 10 years, with all gaps explained.
