The Role

We have an exciting and rare opportunity to join our Income Management & Engagement Team as a Modern Apprentice on a 2-year temporary basis.

The Income Management Team contact tenants to discuss their rent arrears and other debts. Their main task is to maximise income and support tenants who may be in rent arrears.

The Engagement Team work with tenants to gather feedback on Hillcrest services so that we can improve what we do. They do this through phone and online surveys, face to face tenant meetings and events.

The apprentice role will be interesting and varied but typical tasks will include:

  • Assisting Income Advisors with day-to-day admin tasks
  • Managing Benefits and Payment Portals
  • Updating the housing management database
  • Gathering and collating tenant feedback from online and phone surveys

You Will

You will be required to attend college and study towards an SVQ Level 6 Qualification in Business Administration. We want to hear from you if:

Full funding for the Modern Apprenticeship qualifications is only available for candidates aged between 16 to 19 years of age, or, for candidates between 20 and 29 years of age, who have a disability or have personal experience of the care system.
