An established industry player is launching a Modern Apprenticeship Programme, ideal for young individuals eager to kickstart their careers in vehicle maintenance. This four-year fixed-term opportunity allows apprentices to gain hands-on experience while obtaining a qualification. The supportive Fleet Management Team will guide apprentices through the essential skills needed for effective service and repair of heavy goods vehicles. Applications are invited from residents within East Dunbartonshire or those who attended an EDC secondary school, who possess qualifications at the required level, and are aged between 16 and 24 years old (or 16-29 if disabled or care experienced) as of August 2025.
Based with our Fleet Management Team, you will assist in the effective service, repair, maintenance, and MOT preparation/testing of fleet vehicles and plant equipment.

Interviews are expected to be conducted in May/June 2025, with successful candidates starting their apprenticeships in August. Applicants may also be considered for other MA roles.
