We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented Modelling Methodology Powertrain Engineer to join our Modelling Methodology group within the Engineering Office at Enstone. This position will play a crucial role in helping us achieve podiums and race wins.

As a Modelling Methodology Powertrain Engineer, you will develop models of powertrain and multibody systems primarily using the Modelica language. A strong understanding of controls and modal analysis is required. An interest in automation, scripting, and coding (MATLAB and Python) is essential.
Who We Want
We seek individuals eager to build their careers in F1, with some experience in powertrain systems, either through a similar role or a PhD. The ideal candidate will have a master's degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
You should have a deep understanding of high-frequency torsional analysis and powertrain dynamics. Proficiency in simulation software such as Dymola and/or Simulink, and scripting with Python and MATLAB, is required.
