This position will play a crucial role in helping us achieve podiums and race wins.

Your Challenge

As a Modelling Methodology Powertrain Engineer, you will develop models of powertrain and multibody systems using primarily the Modelica language. A strong understanding of controls and modal analysis is required. An interest in automation, scripting, and coding (Matlab and Python) is essential.

Who We Want

We seek someone eager to build their career within F1, with some experience in powertrain systems, either through a similar role or a PhD. The ideal candidate will have a master's degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field. Deep understanding of high-frequency torsional analysis and powertrain dynamics is essential. Proficiency in simulation software such as Dymola and/or Simulink, and scripting with Python and Matlab, is required.
