Join a forward-thinking healthcare provider as a Modality Practitioner in a supportive team dedicated to improving access to psychological therapies. This role offers a hybrid working environment, excellent professional development opportunities, and a commitment to work-life balance. You'll engage in meaningful therapeutic relationships, manage clinical responsibilities, and contribute to service development, particularly within ethnic minority communities. With a strong focus on staff wellbeing and ongoing support, this is a chance to make a real impact in mental health services while enjoying a range of attractive benefits.
We are looking for a Modality Practitioner to join our supportive and highly regarded Ealing Talking Therapies team.
A typical week for a full-time clinician involves working at least one evening session (12 pm–8 pm Monday to Thursday) and achieving an average of 20 attended clinical contacts per week. These include treatment and assessment patients, meetings, admin, running therapy groups, providing supervision, and managing projects.
You will need experience of risk management and assessment, formulation, and treatment of Talking Therapies appropriate disorders. We are keen to fill gaps in experience through our comprehensive CPD and supervision programme, and we offer ongoing support via debrief and senior duty at all times.
We welcome applications from clinicians interested in service development within ethnic minority communities and supporting the service in improving treatment outcomes and diversity of access more broadly, as this is an area of focus for our service.
