Job description

Pertemps are currently recruiting a Mobile Cleaner supporting Royal Mail Delivery Offices, keeping frontline facilities clean, safe, and ready for daily operations. This is a mobile role, ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in high cleaning standards, and is happy to travel between delivery office sites.

Your Role:

• Travel to multiple Royal Mail Delivery Offices in your region.
• Clean operational areas including sorting floors, staff rest areas, toilets, and offices.
• Maintain high cleanliness standards in high-traffic environments.
• Follow COSHH and Health & Safety procedures at all times.
• Complete routine cleaning checklists and report site needs.

Requirements:

• A full UK driving licence (essential). No more than 6 points. A fleet vehicle is provided.
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
• Cleaning experience is essential.

Other Information:

• Working Hours: 09:00am – 03:00pm Monday to Friday.
• Pay Rate: £12.50
• Duration of Assignment: 6-7 weeks but could be extended.
• Start Date: ASAP
• Location: Selkirk, TD7 4BP
