Mobilsation Manager

Job Title: Mobilisation Manager

Location: West End, Victoria

Salary: 60,000 plus benefits

Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time

Are you ready to lead the charge in the exciting world of Build to Rent. Our client is seeking a dynamic Mobilisation Manager to ensure the successful launch and mobilisation of new projects, aligning with high standards of customer experience and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational insights in design meetings for pipeline assets, optimising user experience.
  • Review management strategies for new developments, negotiating ideal terms.
  • Collaborate with Construction Directors for seamless transitions.
  • Implement effective defect management processes pre and post PC.
  • Compile comprehensive Home User Guides for all new assets.
  • Oversee fit-out of developments and amenity spaces, ensuring quality handovers.
  • Conduct frequent site visits, representing the organisation in progress meetings.
  • Coordinate site familiarisation and ensure all documentation is prepared post-mobilisation.
  • Manage operational budgets and collaborate with finance for OpEx monitoring.
  • Develop strategic marketing initiatives alongside the Marketing Operations Manager.
  • Lead the recruitment and training of onsite talent to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years in property management or hospitality.
  • Extensive knowledge of property management practises and legislation.
  • Proven track record in delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and administrative skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive and creative problem-solving approach.
  • Commitment to diversity, equality, and mutual respect.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Qualified member of IRPM, ARLA, or MRICS.
  • Familiarity with Qube, Hubspot, or Fixflo.
