As Free2move's operational lead in your area, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with the Stellantis dealer network to develop and optimize our rental business. Specifically, you will:

• Drive the development and growth of rental businesses in your area.
• Implement and expand the Alternative Transport Provision (ATP) program for dealerships.
• Train dealership staff on Free2move software and ATP warranty processes.
• Set up sublease agreements/contracts with dealerships.
• Provide commercial reports to dealerships and Group management.
• Ensure timely payment of invoices from dealerships.
• Prepare and present business presentations for the network and internal stakeholders.
• Foster relationships with key stakeholders in the dealer network.
• Identify potential rental leads for dealers and Free2move business developers.
• Monitor and manage the daily operations on the Free2move platform.
• Design and implement action plans to enhance Rent & ATP KPIs.

Expected skills:

To excel in this role, you should have:

• 5 years in vehicle rental or dealer operations.
• 2 years in sales.
• 5 years in customer-facing roles.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent computer proficiency with MS Office and Google Suite.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills (verbal and written).
• UK driving license and willingness to travel.
