Job summary

Crown Worldwide Group, a global logistics leader, is seeking a Mobility Advisor to support international assignments and domestic moves. You will deliver tailored mobility solutions including visa support and destination services, ensuring smooth transitions for assignees and clients.

You will coordinate moves end-to-end, maintain excellent customer service, and act as the primary Crown contact for moves, supported by a collaborative, diverse, and compliant team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in global mobility or HHG moves
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with tact and discretion
• Strong analytical and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-changing environment

Responsibilities

• Liaise with assignees and clients to manage global mobility services within budgets
• Coordinate household goods moves for families
• Own complex end-to-end moves and maintain high service levels
• Act as primary contact to assignees and Crown clients
• Ensure clear communication between all parties involved in moves
• Advise clients on Crown’s services as a specialist
• Complete financial tasks and invoicing, draft job costs
• Keep Crown databases up to date with information

About the Role

At Crown Mobility Services, we specialise in supporting organisations and their employees as they navigate international assignments and domestic moves. You will work to deliver tailored mobility solutions encompassing visa and immigration support, destination services, and ongoing relocation assistance to ensure each transition is as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Crown World Mobility are a dedicated organisation providing mobility and moving support such as destination services and HHG’s moves to corporate employees relocating throughout the world. A Mobility Advisor is a key role in this organisation providing excellent customer experience and expert knowledge to ensure Crown offers a world class service to all its clients and their employees.

What You’ll Do

• Liaise with assignees and clients to implement and manage a range of global mobility services including home search, destination services and intercultural training within agreed budgets
• Coordinate household goods moves for assignees and their families
• Take ownership of complex end-to-end moves and maintain exceptional levels of customer service
• Act as the primary contact to assignees and relevant Crown clients regarding their moves
• Ensure consistent communication between all relevant parties associated with the move or services provided
• Act as a specialist in Crown’s services and advise clients and assignees where appropriate
• Complete financial tasks and documentation processes to assure accurate and timely invoicing, including drafting of job costs and invoicing
• Keep all Crown databases and systems updated with relevant information

• More than 8 years’ experience in a global mobility services or HHG’s moving position essential
• Ability to always maintain confidentiality and display tact and discretion
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
