Orbit Group is undertaking a substantial transformation of its Property Directorate and seeks a talented Mobilisation Manager to shape the future of repairs, maintenance, compliance and investment services. This is an exciting 18-month fixed-term contract in the heart of Orbit's transformation programme, offering a chance to impact a large-scale heritage of 46,000 homes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end mobilisation and demobilisation programmes across Property.
• Develop and manage detailed mobilisation plans with milestones, dependencies and risks.
• Coordinate operational readiness across people, systems, data, suppliers and processes.
• Work with Property, Procurement, Commercial, HR, Legal and Technology teams.
• Support contractor onboarding, service transitions and handovers.
• Help manage TUPE activity and workforce transitions where required.
• Monitor programme risks, governance and delivery performance.
• Ensure customer continuity and minimise disruption during transitions.
