An independent FM Consultancy seeks a Mobilisation Manager to oversee the successful transition of newly awarded FM projects. This remote role requires experience in project and mobilisation management, with occasional travel, mainly in the Midlands/South. The manager will ensure seamless project implementation, enhance operational efficiency, and drive continuous value for clients.
We are currently working with an independent FM Consultancy to recruit a Mobilisation Manager role, based remotely with occasional travel. The business has recently secured numerous high-profile contracts and is in need of an individual experienced in preliminary planning of contract mobilisations.
The role is to ensure the successful transition of newly awarded FM projects. This will be achieved through working closely with the Bid Team at tender stage, leading the mobilisation phase, seamlessly handing over the project to the Project lead, and supporting the Project team during the transition through to steady state.
Generally reporting into the Operations Director responsible for the project, a key function is to work with the Senior Team and peers in driving continuous improvement into new operations and hence increase the value of the offer to existing and new Customers.
