Job summary

Skilled Wound Care seeks MDs or DOs to deliver hands-on wound care to geriatric patients in nursing facilities across the country as independent contractors. You steer clinical decisions and outcomes while we manage contracts and billing, enabling freedom from overhead and hospital politics.

As a multi-state provider, you’ll travel to facilities as assignments require, with pay structures per patient visit or per procedure and a quarterly bonus program up to 30% of earnings.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with active licenses in multiple states.
• Active, unrestricted DEA license.
• Willingness to travel nationwide for assignments.
• Independent contractor (1099) arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on wound care to geriatric patients in nursing facilities nationwide.
• Make clinical decisions and manage patient outcomes.
• We handle contracts, billing, and logistics behind the scenes.
• No nights, no on-call emergencies, and no weekend rounds.
