Job Title: Heavy Plant Fitter
Location: Luton, UK
Salary: £47,000 - £55,000 basic + Company Van

Are you an experienced Heavy Plant Fitter looking for your next opportunity? Join our clients civil engineering team in Luton, where you'll work on a variety of machinery including diggers, dumpers, excavators, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Service, repair, and maintain heavy plant machinery (diggers, dumpers, excavators, etc.)
2. Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting on hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems
3. Carry out both planned maintenance and reactive repairs
4. Mixture of workshop-based and mobile work at various sites
5. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards at all times

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Heavy Plant Fitter/Mechanic
2. Strong knowledge of hydraulics, electrical systems, and mechanical repairs on heavy plant machinery
3. Full UK driving license
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
