Mobile Windscreen Technician

Type: Full time, Permanent

Hours: Monday to Friday plus 1 in every 4 Saturdays, no call outs

Overview:

Working at Auto Windscreens involves delivering high-quality vehicle glass repair and replacement services. You will work independently and as part of a team, with support from our training academy to help you excel. We value learning, recognition, and industry leadership.

We seek mobile technicians for local repairs and replacements.

Performance rewards include a generous bonus scheme.

Responsibilities:

  • Repairing damaged glass on various vehicles including classic cars, vans, luxury cars, 4x4s, and supercars
  • Collaborating with regional team members
  • Identifying service development opportunities and providing feedback
  • Maintaining and developing industry knowledge and skills

Requirements:

  • Automotive or mechanical experience is advantageous but not essential
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Positive attitude and pride in your work
  • Willingness to develop a career and support team members
  • Valid UK driving license
  • No call outs
  • Availability for 1 in 4 Saturdays
  • Full training for NVQ qualifications
  • Company vehicle provided
