Job summary

BAUER Spezialtiefbau GmbH is seeking a Mobile Welder (m/f/x) to join our team across the United Kingdom. You will carry out welding, burning, fabrication and on-site maintenance of piling equipment, digging tools and segmental casings to ensure safe and efficient site operations.

We value candidates with welding training or equivalent qualifications, plus professional welding experience in piling or heavy construction.

Qualifications

• Training or education in welding, fabrication, mechanical engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• Professional experience as a welder within the piling, special foundation, construction or heavy plant industry.
• Knowledge of piling equipment and ground engineering processes.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality and performance on site; fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Carry out welding, burning, fabrication, maintenance and repair works on piling equipment, digging tools and segmental casings according to our standards to ensure safe and efficient site operations.
• Liaise with Site Management in planning, coordinating and prioritising maintenance and repair activities in accordance with project requirements and site schedules.
• Ensure all welding equipment, materials and consumables are maintained, inspected and available to support the execution of works on site.
• Work independently and as part of the site team to deliver high-quality workmanship, maintain accurate records and support continuous improvement of equipment and processes
