Job description

Job Title: Mobile Water Treatment Technician

Location: Manchester to Carlisle

Overview:

We are looking for a Mobile Water Treatment Technician (Tier 1) to join the team in the North of England, covering areas from Manchester to Carlisle.

What will you deliver?

• Represent Water Compliance as a Water Treatment Technician, executing all Water Treatment services across the North of England.
• As a Tier 1 Water Treatment Technician, you will perform tasks such as Temperature Monitoring, Showerhead Descales, Cold Water Storage Tank Inspections and Cleans, Cooling Tower Clean and Disinfections, TMV Servicing, and Water Sampling.
• Carry out PPM service visits using appropriate tools and systems.
• Ensure all site L8 logbooks where acting as the Primary Technician are up-to-date and accurate.
• Complete work reports promptly via a day works sheet or Planon.

Who are we looking for?

• City and Guilds or NVQ equivalent qualification relevant to the appropriate Tier grading.
• Post-qualification experience.
• Up-to-date knowledge of technical regulations including Water Supply Regulations/Byelaws, L8 ACOP, HSG274, and other relevant guidance.
• Fault diagnosis and resolution skills.
• Valid driving licence.

This is a permanent, full-time role, working 40 hours per week. The package includes a competitive salary, company vehicle, and benefits.
