Excellent opportunity for a Water Hygiene Technician/Plumber to join a leading building management business, in a permanent position with plenty of overtime available for you to increase your earnings.

With over 20 locations across the UK, this well-established business has amassed a successful reputation for delivering excellence within building management and civil engineering. They are seeking an additional Technician to join their large FM division and develop your career in the longer term.

In this role, you'll be travelling across Durham to different sites, attending to plumbing and water systems maintenance and installation tasks. This can include temperature testing of water outlets, TMVs, water sample collections, and inspection of water storage vessels.

THE ROLE:

1. Planned/reactive maintenance of plumbing and water systems
2. Monitoring inspection - temperature testing, TMVs, water storage tank inspections
3. Mobile role, covering Durham and the surrounding areas
4. Overtime available
5. 40-hours a week, M-F

THE PERSON:

1. Previous experience in a Water Hygiene role
2. Plumbing experience
3. NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing
4. Legionella Control Training advantageous
5. Full Driving License
