Mobile Warehouse Team Leader - Swindon - £25,701

Join Retail & Asset Solutions Ltd as a Mobile Warehouse Team Leader - Swindon - £25,701.

Position Overview

• This is a full-time permanent role involving driving around Swindon to complete delivery audits.
• Rate of pay: £25,701 per annum
• Weekly hours: 37.5 hours, plus a 30-minute unpaid daily break
• Shift patterns: 5 days out of 7, 8-hour shifts between 00:00 and 00:00
• Working environment: Ambient
• Requirements: Full Driving License and access to your own transport

Key Responsibilities

• Manage stock accuracy within the depot and verify loaded trailers against drivers' paperwork.
• Ensure the accuracy of incoming deliveries.
• Respond confidently to verbal instructions and audible warnings.
• Communicate effectively, both written and verbally.
• Meet team KPIs and conduct weekly supervision with team members.
• Monitor audit data to provide performance feedback.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Perform tasks requiring prolonged standing, kneeling, bending, and squatting.
• Must be aged 18 or over.
