Job description

Mobile Warehouse Team Leader - Scotland - £25,701

Full Driving License and own transport required

The Position

• This is a full-time permanent position, responsible for driving around Scotland to complete audits on deliveries.
• Rate of pay: £25,701 per annum
• Weekly hours: 37.5 hours plus a 30-minute unpaid break
• Shift patterns: 5 days out of 7, 8-hour shifts between 06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00, & 00:00-06:00
• Working environment: Mixed
• Must be aged 18 or over

Responsibilities

• Manage stock accuracy within the depot and loaded trailers, verifying against drivers' paperwork and incoming deliveries.
• Perform delivery checks confidently, including adding and subtracting without a calculator.
• Respond actively to verbal instructions and audible warning devices.
• Communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Meet team KPIs.
• Conduct weekly supervision and performance feedback for team members.
• Monitor audit data to improve performance and reduce errors.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Work may require prolonged standing, kneeling, bending, and squatting to access low and ground-level stock.

Retail and Asset Solutions are seeking a warehouse team captain for our supply chain team on a full-time permanent basis. Your role will involve achieving daily auditing targets by checking the accuracy of pallets and cages to ensure error-free deliveries.
