Job Description:

• Position: Full-time permanent role, responsible for driving around Scotland to complete audits on deliveries.
• Salary: £25,701 per annum
• Hours: 37.5 hours/week, plus a 30-minute unpaid break daily
• Shifts: 5 days out of 7, 8-hour shifts between 00:00-00:00
• Requirements: Full Driving License and access to own transport

Responsibilities:

• Manage stock accuracy within the depot and loaded trailers against driver paperwork.
• Verify incoming deliveries for accuracy.
• Respond confidently to verbal instructions and audible warnings.
• Communicate effectively, both written and verbally.
• Meet personal and team KPIs.
• Conduct weekly supervision and performance feedback sessions.
• Monitor audit data to improve team performance.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Prolonged standing, kneeling, bending, and squatting may be required.
• Must be aged 18 or over.
