Mobile Warehouse Team Leader - Kent & Essex - £25,701

Requirements:

• Full Driving License and own transport

The Position

• This is a full-time permanent position involving driving around Kent & Essex to conduct delivery audits.
• Rate of pay: £25,701 per annum
• Weekly hours: 37.5 hours, plus a 30-minute unpaid daily break
• Shift patterns: 5 days out of 7, 8-hour shifts between 00:00-00:00
• Working Environment: Mixed

You will be required to:

• Manage stock accuracy within the depot and loaded trailers against drivers' paperwork, checking incoming deliveries.
• Confidently perform addition and subtraction without a calculator for delivery checks.
• Respond actively to verbal instructions and audible warning devices.
• Communicate effectively, both written and verbally.
• Ensure team KPI's are met.
• Conduct weekly supervision and performance feedback for team members.
• Monitor audit data to assess performance metrics such as output and error rates.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Be prepared for prolonged standing, kneeling, bending, and squatting to handle low and ground-level stock.
• Must be aged 18 or over.
