Mobile Warehouse Team Captain - Milton Keynes - £25,701

Full Driving License and own transport required

The Position

• This is a full-time permanent role involving driving around Milton Keynes to complete audits on deliveries.
• Salary: £25,701 per annum
• Weekly hours: 37.5 hours, plus a 30-minute unpaid daily break
• Shift patterns: 5 days out of 7, 8-hour shifts between 06:00-00:00 and 00:00-08:00
• Working environment: Mixed

You will be required to:

• Manage stock accuracy within the depot and for trailers against drivers' paperwork, checking incoming deliveries for accuracy.
• Be confident in basic arithmetic to add and subtract without a calculator.
• Respond actively to verbal instructions and audible warning devices.
• Communicate effectively, both written and verbally.
• Meet your own and the team’s KPI targets.
• Conduct and document weekly supervision with each team member.
• Monitor audit data to provide performance feedback on output and error rates.
• Have basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, kneeling, bending, and squatting to access low and ground-level stock.
• Be aged 18 years or over.

Retail and Asset Solutions are seeking a warehouse team captain to join our supply chain team on a full-time permanent basis. Your main responsibility will be to achieve daily auditing targets by checking the accuracy of pallets and cages of stock before shipment, ensuring they meet delivery requests and are error-free.
