Mobile Warehouse Stock Operative - Crawley - £27,289

Join us as a Mobile Warehouse Stock Operative at Retail & Asset Solutions Ltd. This full-time, permanent role involves regional driving around Crawley to complete audits on deliveries.

Position Details

• Rate of pay: £27,289 per annum
• Weekly hours: 40 hours plus 30 min unpaid break (8.5 hours per day), with concessions to 6 hours per day based on store visits +50 miles
• Shift patterns: Monday-Friday, within a window of 05:00-17:00
• Full Driving License and personal transport are essential

Job Responsibilities

• Audit inbound accuracy of multiple supplier deliveries at customer store level
• Audit picker accuracy of stock arriving at stores and investigate errors
• Adhere to audit and error verification procedures
• Maintain integrity and achieve productivity targets
• Review daily targets aligned with customer expectations

Qualifications and Skills

• Full Driving License and access to your own vehicle
• Ability to respond to verbal instructions and audible warnings
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
• Confidence in basic arithmetic without a calculator
• Prolonged standing, kneeling, bending, and squatting may be required
• Must be aged 18 or over
