RAC Mobile Mechanics bring their technical expertise directly to our customers' doors, performing car services, repairs, and diagnostics at their homes or workplaces. We are looking for skilled, field-based vehicle technicians to join our expanding team. We provide the van, tools, and bookings—your role is to bring your personality, customer service skills, and experience.

You will have the support of a network of other mobile mechanics, roadside technicians, in-house experts, and RAC professionals. Additionally, you'll have access to ongoing training and opportunities for career progression.

  • A friendly personality.

  • Ability to think on your feet and make decisions for customer satisfaction.
  • A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
  • At least 3 years of practical experience as a vehicle technician working with various light vehicles.
  • A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.
