Job summary

Pybus Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a Mobile Service Technician to cover the Middlesbrough and surrounding areas, servicing, maintaining, inspecting, diagnosing and repairing vehicles at customer locations while delivering high standards of customer service.

The role features 45-hour weeks with ongoing manufacturer and technical training, plus clear career progression within a growing automotive business. Applicants should hold a Level 3 qualification and a valid UK driving licence with minimal

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent.
• Experience as Vehicle Technician or Service Technician.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Full UK driving licence with fewer than 9 penalty points and right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing, maintenance, repairs, and vehicle inspections.
• Diagnose faults and provide technical advice and solutions.
• Complete work in accordance with manufacturer and company procedures.
• Maintain accurate service records and job documentation.
• Deliver outstanding customer service at all times.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently.
• Support colleagues and contribute to a positive team culture.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
